Memorial Hospital’s Garden Village

This 26,000 sq. ft. nursing home was completely remodeled in a year long, phased construction process. Since the building was occupied by both residents and staff at all times, a special safety policy was implemented to protect the occupants from construction hazards. Despite this challenge, the V.K. Powell team turned an out of date facility into a modern, comfortable building.
