Several years after completion by another contractor, serious structual flaws were discovered within the building, which left unresolved, could lead to structual failure. After careful investigation it was determined that over 1 million dollars of repairs and upgrades were needed. VK Powell was called upon to take on the challenge due to our expertise in installing structual systems in operating facilities. New load bearing columns and beams were installed while keeping the facility fully functional. Through careful planning and constant coordination with the client, the job was completed smoothly, without having to cancel or reschedule a single church function.
